Decreto 964 de 1989 · Por el cual se prorroga el plazo establecido en el artículo 109 del Decreto 2666 de 1984, para la XVII Feria Internacional de Bogotá.

Considérase prorrogado, para todos los efectos legales, el plazo establecido en el artículo 109 del Decreto número 2666 de 1984, por tres (3) meses más, contados a partir del 24 de abril de 1989, para la permanencia de las mercancías traídas al recinto ferial con destino a la XVII Feria Internacional de Bogotá y que se encuentran en los terrenos habilitados como Zona Franca Transitoria mediante Decreto 1419 de 1986, prorrogado por Decreto 643 de 1988.

Parágrafo

Este Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación.
