No son objeto del impuesto las pólizas de seguros de vida en los ramos de vida individual, colectivo, grupo, accidentes personales, hospitalización y cirugía de que trata la Sección II del Capítulo III del Título 5º del Libro 4º del Código de Comercio. Tampoco lo son los contratos de reaseguro de que tratan los artículos 1134 a 11136 del Código de Comercio.
