Apruébase en todas sus partes el convenio celebrado entre el Secretario de lo Interior i Relaciones Esteriores i el señor Charles O'Leary, Cónsul jeneral interino encargado de la Legacion de Su Majestad Británica en esta ciudad, para poner término al reclamo de Cotesworth i Powell contra el Gobierno de Colombia.
