Conforme a autorización expresa e individual del Jefe de la División Delegada de la Subdirección Jurídica, los abogados de dicha División intervendrán en los procesos que en materia tributaria se promuevan ante los tribunales de la Jurisdicción de lo Contencioso Administrativo, contra actos de carácter particular o individual proferidos por la Dirección General de Impuestos Nacionales.
