En Los Departamentos En Que No Funciones La Expresada Junta Las Cuentas Á Que Se Refiere El Artículo Anterior Serán Examinadas En Primera Y En Segunda Instancia Por El Respectivo Tribunal De Cuentas

º En los Departamentos en que no funciones la expresada Junta las cuentas á que se refiere el artículo anterior serán examinadas en primera y en segunda instancia por el respectivo Tribunal de Cuentas.

Parágrafo

En consecuencia la Corte de Cuentas enviará a las Juntas Generales de Beneficencia ó á los Tribunales respectivos todas aquéllas que correspondan á éste Ramo, para que sean examinadas debidamente. Queda comprendido el Distrito Capital en lo dispuesto en este Decreto, que regirá desde el día 1º del presente mes. Comuníquese y publíquese.
