Normas técnicas y características especiales que deben cumplir las soluciones de vivienda. El Instituto Nacional de Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana, Inurbe, y la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, deberán expedir un reglamento técnico que señale las normas y características especiales que garanticen estándares adecuados de habitabilidad de las soluciones de vivienda en las cuales se puede aplicar el Subsidio, especialmente en cuanto a espacio, servicios públicos y estabilidad. Dicho reglamento deberá expedirse antes del 30 de junio de 1994, previa consulta al Consejo Superior de Desarrollo Urbano, Vivienda Social y Agua Potable. CAPITULO IV De la cuantía del Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda.
