La Junta Directiva de las Residencias Femeninas determinará por medio de resoluciones motivadas el número de personas que pueden ser recibidas en ellas, dentro del cupo máximo de la edificación, así como los servicios que allí se puedan establecer para comodidad de las hospedadas, y lo que éstas deban pagar por alojamiento y demás servicios, estableciendo tarifas generales mínimas.
