Auxiliase al Municipio de Concordia, del Departamento de Antioquia, con motivo del centenario de su fundación, que se cumple en el año de 1940, con la suma de cien mil pesos ($ 100,000.00).

Esta suma se incluirá de por mitad en las Leyes de Apropiaciones para 1939 y 1940.
