El Gobierno Nacional aportará, como base de la financiación de las referidas obras la suma de quinientos mil pesos ($ 500,000) que de conformidad con el artículo 2º de la Ley 20 de 1930 , se apropió en pagarés del Tesoro para el mismo efecto.
