Prohibición uso del uniforme en estado de separación. El Oficial o Suboficial separado de las Fuerzas Militares en forma absoluta, perderá el derecho a usar el uniforme y las condecoraciones y los Distintivos que le hubieren conferido. Al ser separados en forma temporal, se les suspenderá el mismo derecho durante el lapso de la separación.
