Si desconectadas las dos terceras partes de la pena impuesta el sentenciado diere manifestaciones inequívocas de reforma y readaptación social, podrá el funcionario fallador, previo concepto favorable del consejo de Disciplina de la Colonia, otorgarle la libertad condicional.
