Autorízase la modificación del objeto social de la Financiera Territorial S.A., Findeter, según lo previsto en los artículos 1o. y 4o. de la Ley 57 de 1989, con el fin de incluir dentro de las actividades y entidades susceptibles de recibir su financiación y asesoría, lo referente a la adquisición o reposición de equipos de producción, emisión y transmisión que se requieran para la prestación del servicio público de televisión, a cargo de las organizaciones regionales de televisión, al igual que las obras de infraestructura e instalaciones necesarias para su funcionamiento.
