Art. 227. Los Jueces Superiores de Distrito conocerán, con intervención del Jurado, de los delitos mencionados en el artículo 102 de la Ley 61 de 1886 provisional, que organiza el Poder Judicial. De los demás delitos, no atribuidos especialmente á otro Tribunal ni á los jueces municipales, conocerán sin intervención del Jurado, los de Circuito en asuntos criminales.
