amends decreto 1344/70

El artículo 193 del Decreto-ley 1344 de 1970, quedará así:

Artículo 193. El conductor o el propietario de un automóvil que autorizado para prestar servicio público con taxímetro, no lo utilice o conduzca pasajeros a pesar de que éste no funcione o funcione incorrectamente, incurrirá en las siguientes sanciones:

Por tener el taxímetro dañado, o no ponerlo en funcionamiento, incurrirá en multa equivalente a tres (3) salarios mínimos.

Por tener los sellos rotos o adulterados incurrirá en multa equivalente a veinte (20) salarios mínimos. El Propietario y el conductor responderán solidariamente por las multas salvo que alguno de ellos aparezca como único responsable.
