Artículo primero. Autorizase al Gobierno Nacional para vender en pública subasta, por conducto del Ministro de Obras Públicas, los siguientes inmuebles de propiedad de la Nación

El lote de terreno donde existió el Palacio de Justicia, colindante con la calle 11 y la carrera 6ª de la ciudad de Bogotá,

Los lotes de terreno contiguos a la casa que ocupan las oficinas de Correos y Telégrafos de Tocaima (Cundinamarca), comprados por escrítura pública número 369, otorgada el 28 de marzo de 1884 en la Notaria 3ª de esta ciudad.
