Asociación. Con las limitaciones a que se refiere el artículo 29 de la Ley 181 de 1995, los clubes con deportistas profesionales podrán admitir como socios o asociados a entidades públicas legalmente autorizadas para este fin y para los efectos de fomento y promoción a que se refieren los artículos 52 y 71 de la Constitución Política de Colombia.
