ARTICULO 91 . Los Capitanes Regionales, Categoría "C", que acrediten un desempeño mínimo de un (1) año como Capitán de buque de más de 150 T.A.B., y los conocimientos y requisitos de Convenio exigidos a los Oficiales Regionales de Primera Clase, podrán desempeñarse como Oficiales de puente Regionales de la Clase, Categoría "B" Restringida, obteniendo previamente del Director General Marítimo y Portuario la respectiva constancia de tal facultad en su Licencia de Navegación.
