º Los Oficiales que figuren en la Sección de Oficiales en Disponibilidad, formarán parte del Escalafón de la Policía Nacional, conservaran su puesto que en él les corresponde, tendrán las obligaciones y deberes concernientes a su cargo, gozarán de las perrogativas, prestaciones sociales y demás garantías establecidas en la Institución y no perderán ninguno de los derechos que la posesión de su grado les otorga.
