Termino para formular proyecto . - Expirado el término para solicitar audiencia, o practicada esta sin que haya proferido el fallo, los autos pasaran al ponente para que dentro de veinte días formule el proyecto de sentencia que dictara el Tribunal dentro de los treinta siguientes.
