Articulo decimoquinto . El Ministerio de Educación suspenderá la aprobación de los estudios o la licencia de funcionamiento para el que no haya sido aprobado, a los establecimientos privados u oficiales renuentes en diligenciar y remitir las informaciones estadísticas solicitadas, para lo cual, dicho Ministerio tendrá en cuenta la información que al respecto envíe el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística.
