° Las fianzas de que trata el

Parágrafo 2

° del artículo 13 del Decreto 161 de 1915, se otorgarán por un término máximum de dos años, y por una cantidad limitada, suficiente para responder de los impuestos y multas a favor del Erario, que causen los artículos que mantenga el tenedor en su poder. Cuando el valor de dichos impuestos y multas excediere del de la fianza, el Administrador de Hacienda respectivo dispondré que los artículos se mantengan en depósito en la Inspección Seccional respectiva, mientras se completa la garantía con una fianza adicional.
