La Junta Directiva de la Empresa Puertos de Colombia queda facultada para establecer dicha tarifa una vez concluidos los respectivos estudios. Mientras esto ocurre siguen vigentes las tarifas establecidas en el Acuerdo 788 de 1979, artículo 49, aprobado por Decreto 853 de 1979.
