Desde el 1º de enero de 1925 el Gobierno intensificará la prolongación de la Carretera Central del Norte, aumentando hasta un mínimum de quinientos (500) el número de trabajadores libres, sin disminuir el de presidiarios que se ocupan en la obra. Destínese la suma de trescientos mil pesos ($ 300.000) anuales para la compra de maquinaria y los gastos que demanden la prolongación y conservación de esta vía.
