Para Comprobar la validez o existencia de leyes extranjeras que en determinados casos hayan de tener aplicación en Colombia, se presenta copia debidamenteautenticada de la respectiva ley y en la parte conducente; y de no, se pide el testimonio de dos o más abogados autorizados que ejerzan su profesión en el país donde haya sido expedida le ley.
