º . Plan Operativo Anual de Inversiones -POAI -. Es el instrumento de planificación que permite concretar las prioridades definidas en el Plan de Acción Trianual. El POAI desagrega las acciones para cada proyecto que se llevará a cabo durante el año y sus respectivas inversiones. Este deberá considerar las modificaciones que se hagan al mismo. La Corporación Autónoma Regional establecerá indicadores que permitan evaluar su ejecución física y financiera y deberá garantizar la articulación entre las acciones e inversiones definidas en el POAI y el presupuesto anual.
