Inhabilidades e incompatibilidades. Los funcionarios de la Contraloría General de la República que hayan ejercido el control fiscal en la Caja de Vivienda Militar, así como sus parientes dentro del 4º grado de consanguinidad y 2º de afinidad, no podrán ser nombrados, ni prestar sus servicios en ella, sino después de un año de producido su retiro.
