Art. 35. Toda vez que se cambie el Jefe de una Oficina telegràfica, se entregará ésta por inventario, el cual se llevará al respectivo libro i se suscribirá por el individuo que entrega i el que recibe, remitiéndose por éste una copia a la Direccion jeneral.
