Art. 8° Desde que se organicen las Juntas de Higiene, de que habla esta Ley, cesaran de funcionar las Juntas de Sanidad, y aquellas desempeñaran las funciones adscritas a estas por las leyes o decretos del Gobierno, y las resoluciones que dichas Juntas de Higiene dictaren, en la esfera de sus atribuciones, tendrán el carácter de actos oficiales obligatorios y serán apoyados por las respectivas autoridades.
