Art 1º Por el tiempo que el Poder Ejecutivo lo juzgue indispensable, y dentro del período de actual de turbación del orden público, elévese á cinco mil peeos ($ 5,000) el auxilio mensual votado por la ley al Hospital de San Juan de Dios de esta ciudad. El periodo del aumento empezará a contarse desde el día primero del mes en curso.
