Artículo quinto. Si durante el plazo contemplado para la amortización de los pagarés mencionados, se presentare cualquier utilidad en la Cuenta Especial de Cambios del Banco de la República, el Gobierno deificarà estas utilidades, en primer lugar, a cancelar las obligaciones emanadas de este Decreto.
