Parágrafo

del artículo 1.8.5.0.1 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero quedará como

Parágrafo 1

y, a continuación del mismo, se adiciona el siguiente

Parágrafo 2

La Superintendencia Bancaria podrá imponer las sanciones previstas en los artículos 1.7.1.2.1 y 1.7.2.1.1 a cualquier persona que obstruya o impida el desarrollo de las actuaciones administrativas que se adelanten para establecer la existencia de un eventual ejercicio ilegal de actividades exclusivas de las entidades vigiladas, así como a aquellas personas que le suministren información falsa o inexacta".
