CESACIÓN DE PROCEDIMIENTO. En cualquier estado de la investigación el funcionario competente declarará la cesación de procedimiento cuando del acervo probatorio se concluya: Que no existió infracción al Reglamento, o que el inculpado no cometió la falta, o que el Reglamento no la considera como tal. Dicha providencia debe ser consultada.
