Artículo primero. A partir del 1º de enero de 1960 las Escuelas-Hogar, los Cursos para Campesinos Adultos y la Escuela Superior de Orientación Rural, que actualmente funcionan bajo la dependencia de la División de Educación Femenina del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, pasarán a ser dependencia de la División de Educación Campesina del mismo Ministerio.
