Art. 4.° Los billetes de las series de uno i tres pesos, llevarán las antefirmas del director del crédito nacional i del cajero de la tesorería jeneral. Los de las series de cinco i diez pesos, las del oficial mayor de la secretaría del tesoro i del interventor de la tesorería jeneral. Los de veinte, cincuenta i cien pesos, las del secretario del tesoro i crédito nacional i del tesorero jeneral. Dichos empleados serán los que respectivamente firmarán los billetes.
