°. Traspaso de bienes, derechos, obligaciones y actuaciones. Una vez entre en vigencia el presente decreto, los bienes, derechos y obligaciones así como las actuaciones adelantadas transitoriamente por el Departamento Nacional de Planeación relacionadas con las funciones de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Monitoreo, Seguimiento y Control, serán transferidos a la Nación - Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
