Ingreso a conferencias . Las conferencias marítimas que cubran tráficos desde o hacia Colombia, deberán permitir el libre ingreso y retiro de las empresas nacionales de transporte marítimo que se comprometan a cumplir con los términos y condiciones del respectivo acuerdo de conferencia, de conformidad con el registro de que trata el artículo 10 del presente Decreto.
