Ámbito de aplicación. El presente título será aplicable a las organizaciones solidarias sometidas a la vigilancia de la Superintendencia de la Economía Solidaria, diferentes de las cooperativas de ahorro y crédito y cooperativas multiactivas o integrales con sección de ahorro y crédito, a las cuales les será aplicable lo dispuesto en el Decreto 756 de 2000 o las disposiciones que lo modifiquen o compilen. (Art. 1 Decreto 455 de 2004)
