Régimen de personal. El Instituto Nacional de Cancerología -Empresa Social del Estado- en materia de clasificación de empleos aplicará lo dispuesto en el artículo 26 de la Ley 10 de 1990 o en las normas que lo sustituyan o complementen y, en lo referente a la Carrera Administrativa se atendrá a lo establecido en la Ley 443 de 1998 y a las normas que la reglamenten.
