ARTICULO 8o. La Universidad Militar "Nueva Granada" deberá someter a consideración del Gobierno Nacional, en el término de (60) días a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, la planta de personal docente, de que trata el artículo 59 del Decreto 80 de 1980, sin exceder el monto de la respectiva apropiación prevista en el presupuesto general de la Nación, correspondiente a la actual vigencia.
