Art. 2º. La participación de que trata el artículo anterior, comprende el excedente de la suma de diez mil pesos anuales que produzcan las espresadas minas, ya sea por arrendamiento o por administracion, i, en caso de venta, pertenece a la Nacion el capital correspondiente a la renta de diez mil pesos a razon de un siete por ciento anual, i el resto al Estado de Boyacá.
