Artículo doce. Cuando la entidad parceladora opte por construir por si misma la vivienda de los parcelarios, deberá tener en cuenta los requisitos sanitarios, financieros, la construcción de preferencia por medio del empleo de la mano de obra de los interesados, y de materiales locales de construcción.
