Artículo único. Trasládase en el Presupuesto de Gastos del año económico de 1909, el capítulo 66, artículo 338, la suma de $50,000 á la siguiente imputación: MINISTERIO DE GUERRA DEPARTAMENTO DE GUERRA Capítulo 74. Vigencias anteriores. Artículo 349. Para atender al pago de saldos pendientes de vigencias anteriores. $ 50,000

Parágrafo

Las oficinas ordenadoras y pagadoras describirán en sus libros las operaciones á que dé lugar el presente Decreto. Publíquese.
