ARTICULO 170. Tres (3) meses de alta por fallecimiento. A la muerte de un Oficial o Suboficial de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo, sus beneficiarios en el orden y proporción establecidos en el presente Estatuto, continuarán percibiendo durante tres (3) meses, de la entidad que le venía pagando, los haberes de actividad.
