° Los gastos de locales, muebles, útiles y demás objetos necesarios para los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial, Juzgados Superiores y de Circuito, son de cargo de los Departamentos, y a ellos deben proveer las Asambleas Departamentales de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 221 del Código Judicial, siendo entendido que las sumas que por este Decreto se reparten entre los Departamentos, constituyen auxilios para que ellos atiendan, en parte, a dichos gastos.
