Articulo 1° El articulo 11 de la Ley de 263 de 1938 reconoce el derecho a viáticos a los empleados dependientes del Ministerio de Correos y Telégrafos, cuando sean trasladados de un lugar a otro por necesidades del servicio. La cuantía de los viáticos se determinara en cada caso tomando en cuenta: a) El valor de los pasajes por vía aérea ni podrá reconocerse sin previa autorización escrita del ministerio.
