Permanencia de la afiliación y novedades. El pensionado mantendrá su afiliación a la Caja de Compensación Familiar mientras ostente tal condición y tendrá la obligación de reportar a la Caja correspondiente cualquier circunstancia que modifique su condición de afiliación, en especial, la reliquidación de su mesada pensional o los cambios relacionados con su núcleo familiar cubierto, sin perjuicio de la verificación que adelantarán las Cajas.
