Para los efectos del artículo 14 numeral 1º literal i), de la Ley 2ª de 1976, las sociedades anónimas o asimiladas, deberán remitir a la Superintendencia de Sociedades, dentro del término señalado por el artículo 448 del Código de Comercio, un balance Certificado correspondiente al corte de cuentas del año calendario inmediatamente anterior.
