º Modifícase el literal f) del artículo 8º, del Decreto-ley 1888 de 1989, el cual quedará así: f) Solicitar o recibir dádivas, agasajos, regalos, favores o cualquier otra clase de lucro provenientes directa o indirectamente de alguna de las personas mencionadas en el literal anterior o de funcionario o empleado de su dependencia.
