Artículo octavo. La disolución de la Corporación será decretada por la Junta Directiva y sometida a la aprobación del Gobierno Nacional.

Parágrafo

Terminada la liquidación, el patrimonio que resulte y una vez pagado el pasivo de la Corporación o reintegrados los bienes a las entidades aportantes, será donado a la Universidad Nacional.
