Ningún miembro o empleado podrá revelar a extraños las operaciones del Instituto salvo que se lo exijan las entidades o funcionarios que de acuerdo con los estatutos o la ley puedan conocerlas. También les es absolutamente prohibido divulgar cualquier procedimiento técnico relacionado con los negocios del Instituto.
